Traditional Employee Assistance Programs date back to the 1960s and 1970s.

The Senior Support Advisors Research team has reviewed various programs throughout selected states, some of which were branded with the “traditional” components and some of which appeared restrictive to the end user.

We are excited that we have enhanced the core elements of such a program and the Senior Support Advisors Employee Assistance Program has been enriched deliver and enhanced product with multiple benefits for both Employer and Employee.

 

For the Employer

EAPs may result in various benefits for employers and depending on the “type” of program, benefits can include lower medical costs, reduced turnover and absenteeism, and higher employee productivity.

Senior Support Advisors promote these theories and as such will provide consultation at corporate level about issues with organization-wide implications, creating a unique approach of identifying and resolving employee concerns.

 

For the Employee

Many personal circumstances can prevent an employee arriving to work with a clear mind and ready to function to the best of their ability to get their tasks done.

But in the real world, there are problems, and your employees are bound to bring their problems to work with them.

The focus for employees is to provide a conduit to present a viable solution to the mental and emotional health and well-being. Senior Support Advisors will focus on assisting the employee to navigate through appropriate healthcare options for their loved ones, so they don’t have to.
